Pasta And Avocado Salad

Prep is only 10 minutes. Pasta is the only thing to cook. The perfect lunch or supper salad. Great for guest! Everyone asks for the recipe! Please enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
2 cups pasta shapes (mixture of shells and penne pasta but any shape will do)
3 tbsps mayonnaise
2 tsps tahini (sesame paste)
1 orange
1/2 medium red pepper (green or yellow will do also)
1 medium avocado
pumpkin seeds to garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. 1. Cook pasta according to directions and leave to cool.
2. 2. Mix together the mayonnaise and tahini.
3. 3. Chop the orange into small pieces, retaining any juice.
4. 4. Chop the pepper
5. 5. Stir the mayo mixture and, pepper and orange (plus juice) into the cooled pasta.
6. 6. Just before serving, cube the avocado and stir in carefully so not to mash the it.
7. 7. Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
