Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1 lemon , rind of, grated finely
  • 1 tsp oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cake meal and potato starch. put the whites in a small bowl. Beat the yolks. Add the rest of the ingredients, starting with the meal/starch mixture. Bake for 50 minutes. Stick with a toothpick to check. Hang upside down until cake cools.
