Delicious fluffy rolls for Passover
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cups matzo meal
1/4 cup cake crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 eggs
Directions:
1. Bring water and oil to a boil and let stand 10 minutes.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Stir in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Drop from tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 410 for 10 min then 375 for 25 minutes.
