Passover Apple Cake

You would never know this is a Passover cake, it's so good. This is like a coffee cake.
Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten well
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup matzo cake meal
5 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, sugar and oil until mixture is light colored. Add cake meal and mix well.
2. Pour half of batter into a lightly greased 8 or 9 inch baking pan.
3. Pour half of the apples over the batter.
4. Pour the rest of the batter over the apples and cover with the remaining apples.
5. Mix walnuts, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon for topping; sprinkle over the apples.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours.
7. Cool completely and store wrapped in Saran Wrap.
