Ingredients:

  • 2 cups corn chex
  • 2 cups rice chex
  • 2 cups wheat chex
  • 2 cups mixed nuts
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250º.
  2. Combine popcorn, cereals, mixed nuts and pecans and transfer to a lightly greased roasting pan.
  3. In a heavy 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
  4. Cook to boiling.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and baking soda.
  6. Pour sugar mixture over popcorn mix, mixing until thoroughly combined.
  7. Bake 1 hour.
  8. Cool.
