Parsnip Potato Celeriac Carrot And Sunchoke Cheesy...

New take on potato bake
Ingredients:
3 yellow potatoes, cubed
3 sunchokes, sliced with skin on
3 carrots, sliced
3 parsnips, sliced
1 celeriac, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbls butter
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/2 can of evaporated milk or 3/4 c cream
1 tsp winter savory or sage
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in baking dish.
2. Bake at 375 degrees F for an hour or until tender (depending on how large your veggies are).
3. Can save 1/4 c parmesan cheese on top for last 15 minutes of baking or add all at beginning.
