Parsley Rolled Cheese Ball

Great appetizer for company or watching footy on the telly ;-)
Ingredients:
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
2-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature
1-1/2 tablespoons finely chopped pimento
1-1/2 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper or jalapeno for some zip
1-1/2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tsp. onion powder
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
a pinch of cayenne pepper
a pinch of mrs. dash's seasoning
chopped parsley for coating
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese and shredded cheddar(I have used a Tex Mex blend and it works nicely) until well mixed.
2. Add remaining ingredients except the parsley, and mix well.
3. Shape into a ball and roll in freshly chopped parsley.
4. Chill until served.
5. Serve with a variety of crackers, breads and veggies.
6. Note: You can add chopped walnuts or pecans to this recipe as well.
