Parsley Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
1. Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender and drain.
2. Cool potatoes slightly and cube.
3. Pour corn oil over potatoes and toss gently.
4. Add parsley flakes and seasoning.
