Parsley and Baked Bean Loaf

An out of the ordinary loaf with baked beans and parsley together with ginger to make a zesty loaf for lunch
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped finely
1 cup baked beans
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped finely
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Grease a 9 by 5 by 3 loaf pan and set aside
3. Measure all dry ingredients into a medium size bowl and put aside
4. In a large bowl combine milk, eggs, parsley, ginger and beans together with a wire whisk
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined
6. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes in preheated oven
7. Wait for 5 minutes and then loosen from loaf pan to cool on wire rack.
