These yummy pork chops are a weekly staple in my house! I was tired of making the same kind of chops and needed something quick before the kids were on low sugar meltdown! I had thawed pork chops, a packet of ranch seasoning, cornflakes and parm cheese. Who would've thought it would be such a huge hit! There were no complaints. I also served them with broccoli and mashed potatoes
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, iowa chops
1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
1/4 cup grated parmesan-romano cheese mix
1/2 cup corn flakes, crush with rolling pin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 cup milk
olive oil flavored cooking spray
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400* and spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
2. In a ziploc bag, crush cornflakes with a rolling pin. Add ranch packet, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and cheese. Shake it good. Rinse and pat dry chops. Season chops with salt pepper to taste and put in milk. Place chops in bag one at a time and press to thoroughly coat. Continue til all chops are coated. Place chops on baking tray that has been spray with olive oil spray. Spray tops of chops with more olive oil spray. Place in 400*F oven for about 20-25 minutes or until 165. Serve with mashes potatoes and broiled broccoli.
