Great quick appetizer with a glass of wine.
Ingredients:
2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
3/4 cup walnuts (roughly chopped)
Directions:
1. In a bowl toss Parmesan and walnuts together.
2. Spread mixture evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
3. Bake until bubbly and golden, time will depend on your oven so watch carefully.
4. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
5. Break into random pieces.
