Tilapia fillet with parm crust
Ingredients:
4 oz tilapia fillet
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon
1/8 tsp basil
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp celery salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except fish.
2. Broil fish and season with salt and pepper. Broil for 2 minutes, flip over and broil for 2 more. Cover fish with parm mixture and broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
