Baked Tilapia Breaded with Parmesan and Bread Crumbs
Ingredients:
20 oz (8 2.5oz portions) tilapia fillet
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Combine olive oil, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese in a bowl and set aside.
3. Place egg substitute in separate bowl and set aside.
4. Rinse tilapia fillets.
5. Dip tilapia fillets in egg substitute then lightly coat with bread crumb mixture.
6. Place in glass pan.
7. Cook at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Do not overcook.
