This flavorful coating is a quick and crunchy breading for meats. Keep it in the refrigerator ready to use it on pork, fish, chicken and even vegetables. Use this in place of seasoned bread crumbs called for in recipes for chicken, fish or pork chops. One serving is 2 tablespoons. Diabetic Exchanges: 1/2 starch. This recipe is from Alyce Wyman. I found this recipe in Light & Tasty magazine.

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
