Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients, cheese and rosemary in a large bowl; stir in buttermilk, egg and oil, mixing until just blended.
2. Pour batter into greased muffin tins; bake at 375 until muffins are browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
