Parmesan Pork Chops (South Beach Diet)
Ingredients:
3/4 cup parmesan, grated cheese
1/4 tsp, ground basil, dried
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
12 tsp premium mustard
2 tbsp oil olive extra virgin
1 dash pepper, black
12 oz pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix all ingredients except pork and cheese.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment.
3. Pepper each cutlet and brush with mustard and sprinkle and pat with cheese. Flip and repeat. Bake at 400degrees 15-20 minutes.
