Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Yield: 2 servings.
