Parmesan Chicken over Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shift together bread crumbs, oregano, Red Pepper Flakes and Parmesan Cheese into shallow dish. Beat egg in seperate dish. Dip both sides of cutlets in egg then dip in crumb mixture.
  2. Add olive oil to skillet and cook over medium high heat. Approximately 4 minutes per side.
  3. Serve over pasta topped with sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella over chicken and serve.
  4. Delicious, quick meal served with salad and garlic bread.
