Ingredients:
16 oz skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
Directions:
1. place thawed chicken in plastic bag
2. add cheese and bread crumbs, sprinkle with Italian seasonings and crazy Jane's
3. Shake bag to coat chicken
4. Place in a shallow baking pan
5. Back uncovered at 375 for 20-25 min
