1. thaw pastry 30 minutes. preheat over to 400 degrees 2. mix egg and water. mix cheese parsley and oregano 3. unfold pastry-roll to 14 x 10 rectangle 4. cut in 1/2 lengthwise. brush with the egg mixture 5. top rectangle with cheeese. 6. Place other rectangle egg side down. 7. roll gently with rolling pin 8. cut cross wise into 28 strips. 9. twist place on greased sheets-press ends down 10. bake 10 minutes
