Parmesan Cheese Rolls

My Mom made these for years...we love them to this day!
Ingredients:
3 1/2-4 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and Italian seasoning.
2. Separately, heat milk, water, and butter until 120 degrees.
3. Combine both mixtures. Stir in egg and remaining flour. Knead 5 minutes
4. Let rise 15 mins in warm oven.
5. Divide into 15-20 balls.
6. Dip each one into butter and then into parmeasean cheese.
7. Place into greased 13X9 pan.
8. Let rise 15 minutes.
9. Bake 375 20-25 minutes.
