Parmesan Casserole Bread

Ingredients:
1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1/4 cup scalded milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
2. Mix all together and turn into pan.
3. Let rise until doubled.
4. Dot with additional butter and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375°F in a round 8 cake pan.
