My tweaked Artichoke Dip recipe, really quick and easy. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or sliced baguette. Great for parties. A constant request at my house. For a sinfully decadent dish, add a can of crab meat when you add the artichokes. Read more . Delish!
Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
6 slices pickled jalapeno pepper (or to taste)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded parmesan
8 oz. jar artichoke hearts
8 oz. crab meat (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
2. Mince garlic and jalapeno slices in food processor.
3. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise and parmesan and mix well.
4. Add artichokes (and crab meat if you're using it) and pulse a few times until mixed but leave some chunks.
5. Pour into baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for appx. 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
6. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Dip will firm up as it sits.
7. Enjoy!
