Parmesan Artichoke Dip

This is the perfect thing to bring to a party when you have little time to prepare! It always gets raves, and it will bake while you shower!
Ingredients:
artichoke hearts, 14 oz (in water is better, oil is ok too)
parmesan cheese--the shaker kind, not fresh!--1 1/4 c
cream cheese - full fat*, one 8oz package
garlic, 2 or 3 cloves
mayo, around 1/2 c, more for creamier consistency
Directions:
1. Coarsely slice artichokes and add to processor/blender
2. Add parmesan, cream cheese, and garlic and process to blend (don't overdo)
3. Stir in mayo
4. Pour into a square baking dish
5. Bake at 375F until top is browned, about 25 minutes.
6. Serve with toasted pita bread points.
7. ***To make this lower fat, you can substitute Neufchatel cheese, and it will still taste good, but the consistency will be crumblier.
