Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
16 cantaloupe balls
16 honeydew balls
16 pineapple chunks
16 red seedless grapes
8 eight-inch bamboo skewers
Directions:
1. To prepare dip:

4. Spoon into a bowl and chill several hours or overnight.
