Ingredients:
1 pound ripe papaya
1/4 cup hot red pepper jelly
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup mango sorbet
Directions:
1. Cut a 1-pound ripe papaya lengthwise into quarters and scoop out seeds. Whisk together 1/4 cup hot red pepper jelly and 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice. Top each papaya wedge with 1/2 cup mango sorbet and pour jelly mixture equally over servings.
