Ingredients:
3 cups peeled, seeded, and diced papaya
3/4 cup peeled, diced kiwifruit
2 tablespoons chopped sweet red pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped shallot
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve with beef, pork, venison, or fish or as a dip with baked flour tortilla wedges.
