Ingredients:
1 papaya peeled, halved, seeded, diced
1 apple pear peeled, cored, diced
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
dash of mint
dash of ginger
Directions:
1. Mix the papaya and apple pear in a bowl then mix the honey and the orange juice and then mix in the plain yogurt and then pour over the fruit and top with mint and ginger
