Papa Great's Chocolate Fudge Birthday Cake

This is really a slightly different version of Hershey's Especially Dark Chocolate Cake.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup hershey's special dark cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk, with
1 teaspoon vinegar, added to equal the one cup
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup boiling coffee
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F Prepare two 9-inch round baking pans. Spray the pans with cooking spray that has flour in the formula. Cover the bottom of the pans with a circle of parchment, then spray again.
2. Sift together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in the mixing bowl.
3. In another bowl mix the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
4. Add the liguids to the dry mixture and beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes.
5. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans.
6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely.
7. (We used the Hershey's Especially Dark Chocolate Frosting recipe- it was perfect!).
