Ingredients:

Directions:
1. Arugula - as much as you like
2. Tuna (canned) - as much as you like
3. loaf French bread cut into cubes
4. c. chopped tomato
5. c. red bell pepper
6. /2 c. red onion sliced
7. /4 c. fresh basil
8. garlic cloves
9. /4 t. black pepper
10. /2 t. salt
11. t. olive oil
12. T. balsamic
13. Parmesan - as much as like
14. Cut French bread into cubes; toss in olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt/powder. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until crisp (turning once or twice)
15. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat. Add cooked croutons and serve.
