This salad is made with canned corn and foods you probably have on hand so you can make it anytime the mood strikes you. This is a good little salad that will be a keeper for you as it is for me.
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can white corn, drained
3 green onions, thinly sliced, including green parts
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup miracle whip
paprika, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired, to add color to the dish.
