Pannetone In The Breadmaker

Pannetone, any time of the year, yea !!! Great for the French Toast recipe
Ingredients:
liquids
1 cup water
1 egg
1 stick butter, very soft, could be margarine also
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
drys
2 cups bread flour
5 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp yeast
1 cup raisins soaked in rum and drained
1/2 cup coarse chopped nuts
3 tbs heaping, of chopped candied fruit
Directions:
1. Add ingredients as your breadmaker instucts for sweet bread cycle, adding more flour or liquid if necessary to make the proper dough for your bread machine.
2. At the beep add the raisns, nuts and fruit
3. Do not slice until completely cool
4. Yield 2 lb loaf
