If you have extra-ripe pineapple (and mango)to use in a smoothie, this one's for you! It would also be yummy with frozen fruit.
Ingredients:
1/4 pineapple, chopped
1/2 mango, peeled and cut away from the stone
1/3-1/2 cup strawberry
1/3 cup soymilk or 1/3 cup yogurt
1 small banana
Directions:
1. Blend all till smooth and enjoy!
