Paneeer Pcs marinated in mint , corriander paste tossed in onions.
Ingredients:
3 cups panir
1 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon oil
2 cups chopped fresh coriander
1/2 cup mint, chopped
2 -3 green chilies
1/4 cup cashews, broken
1/4 cup fresh curds
1 lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. Pierce paneer pcs with fork
2. Marinate them in paste made for at least 15-20 minute.
3. Heat the butter in oil and saute onions until translucent.
4. Add marinated paneer and saute for 7-10 minute
5. Add the milk and simmer until milk evaporates. Sprinkle garam masala and serve.
