This dish is very healthy n tasty. Goes well with chapathi also goes well with plain bread r bun.
Ingredients:
250 gms fresh paneer (cut into small cubes)
100 gms cashew nuts (fine paste)
1 onion (puree)
2 tomatoes (puree)
salt to taste
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tsp butter
Directions:
1. Fry paneer cubes in butter n keep it aside
2. Heat butter in a pan
3. Add onion puree n stir fry
4. Add tomato puree n stir
5. Add salt, chilly powder,turmeric powder n garam masala
6. Now add the fried paneer n mix it
7. Add water as required
8. Cook covered for 15 mts.
