Paneer Bhurji (Scrambled Cottage Cheese)

It is a very tasty dish-can be served anytime, and quick to make. I had this in at a friends place loved it so much that I had to take the recipe. Hope you all like it too.
Ingredients:
150 g panir (grated)
50 g onions (finely sliced)
50 g tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
3 teaspoons fresh cream
1 tablespoon butter
salt
1 tablespoon raisins
2 tablespoons of chopped cashews
1/4 cup cilantro leaf, chopped
Directions:
1. Saute onions and tomatoes till they turn brown.
2. Add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder,red chili powder and salt.
3. Add the paneer and stir fry for a minute.
4. Garnish with 1 tsp cream, finely chopped cashew nuts, raisins and finely chopped cilantro leaves.
5. Enjoy.
