These pancakes won't fail you... easy and homemade!
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tbs sugar i use half splenda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbs melted butter or veg oil
1 tsp vanilla or almond or your favorite
Directions:
1. Beat together egg, salt, sugar, milk and flavoring. Sift together flour
2. and baking powder and mix into liquid until almost smooth. Add melted
3. butter. Cook . Makes 4.
4. Serve with topping of choice.. I enjoy these with melted chocolate chips first or sugar free jams.....
