Ingredients:
120 g (1 cup) bob's red mill low-carb baking mix
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 packet splenda no-calorie
2 eggs
1 t omega cooking and salad oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 oz milk, 2
Directions:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients, then wet, then combine. Makes scant 1/4 cup per pancake on oil-sprayed hot skillet or griddle.
