Just plain good. Forget the box junk, you don't need it. Add an extra 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk for a thinner cake.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour (packed)
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Combine & rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
2. Non stick pan, do not grease, medium heat.
