1. Pour all spices into a bowl and mix together. 2. Preheat saute pan and coat with olive oil. 3. Rinse turkey chops. 4. Season with seasoning mixture. 5. Place chops into hot pan with olive oil. 6. Sear for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 7. Remove chops from pan. Lay on paper towel to soak up excess oil.
