Pan roasted root (and other) vegetables.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup rutabaga
1/8 cup garlic, minced
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
100 grams chicken stock
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet on high
2. Add all vegetables except tomatoes. Add spices to taste brown on all sides.
3. Add chicken stock and and cover. Boil off liquid.
