Pan Roasted Tuna Steaks

Ingredients:
10 ounces tuna steaks (2 5oz each)
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. Season steaks with salt, pepper, & lemon juice.
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Place non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna & lower heat.
4. Cook 4-5 minutes until well browned on one side.
5. Turn over & cook 2-3 minutes more.
