Pan Glazed Chicken With Wild Rice

Honey and balsomic vinegar gives a great taste to this tangy chicken stovetop supper.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package instant long grain and wild rice blend
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsomic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons dried basil
Directions:
1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees.
4. Combine the vinegar, honey, and basil and pour over chicken.
5. Cook 1-2 minutes longer or until sauce is heated through.
6. Serve with rice.
