Pan Fried Tilapia W/ Clove Paprika and Sage

Tilapia fillet seared in oilve oil seasoned with cloves, paprika, sage and salt
Ingredients:
4 oz tilapia fillet
1 spray olive oil
1 dash clove
1 dash paprika
1 dash sage
1 dash salt
Directions:
1. Spray fillet and covered non-stick skillet with olive oil spray.
2. Sprinkle ground cloves, ground paprika, sage and salt on fillet.
3. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. (Optional for more flavor)
4. Turn over and repeat seasoning on other side.
5. Let stand 5-10 minutes. (Optional for more flavor)
6. Heat oiled skillet to med-high.
7. Place fillet in pan for three minutes covered.
8. Turn fillet over and cover for two to three minutes covered.
9. Remove pan from heat and let rest for two minutes covered
