Pan-Fried Potatoes with Dill

Prep: 3 minutes; Cook: 10 minutes. Instead of fresh, you can use about 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (20-ounce) package cooked new potato wedges (such as simply potatoes)
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potato wedges; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with cheese and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
