Pan Fried Potato Chip Pork Chops

Okay. I love copy cat recipes. This one comes from the Bourbon Street Grille. Cool little way to bread or chip your chops. HA HA
Ingredients:
2 (4 ounce) center-cut pork chops
1 (10 ounce) bag potato chips (your choice)
6 cups oil, approximately,for frying
2 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Cajun Spices.
2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
3. Place in container.
4. Store left over.
5. Pork Chops.
6. Pour approximately 6 cups of oil in deep dish pan.
7. Heat to 350 degrees F.
8. Sprinkle Cajun spices, to your taste, over pork chops.
9. Spread a handful of potato chips onto your work area.
10. Lay pork chop on top chips.
11. Press pork chop into potatoe chips, covering completely.
12. Turn chop and repeat.
13. Immerse in hot oil for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and floating.
