Pan Fried Pierogies With Ham

Great economical recipe to stretch ham or use leftover ham.
Ingredients:
2 -4 tablespoons butter
12 potato & cheese pierogies
8 ounces ham, diced
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
Directions:
1. Thaw pierogies in hot tap water in a large bowl; drain.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add onions and cook until slightly softened.
4. Add ham and pierogies and fry until brown and crisp.
5. Add additional butter as needed.
