Beef is not one of my favorite types of meat. That is, I want to make sure I enjoy my beef, that it's not too dry or bland, and it is healthy-ish. This is a very quick meal and very tasty.
Ingredients:
400 g beef
2 garlic cloves
salt
pepper
dill
1 chili
20 ml olive oil
1 onion
2 carrots
1 broccoli
400 g potatoes
20 g butter
Directions:
1. For mash: Boil the potatoes with some salt. Drain when boiled and add butter, pepper, and dill.
2. For beef: add garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil. Fry 2 minutes on both sides to seal the flavour. Then fry other 4 minutes (rare), 6 (medium), and 8 (well done). Put the chopped onion to give extra flavour.
3. For vegetables: peal, wash, cut and microwave the vegetables on a plate covered with cling film.
4. you can serve with gravy and yorkshire pudding.
