The recipe is easy to make and always seems to be a hit.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes french vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces cool whip
Directions:
1. Boil water and margarine in sauce pan. Remove and add flour.
2. Beat with spoon until smooth.
3. Cool 10 minutes.
4. Add eggs, 1 at a time with spoon.
5. Spread in a greased 9 x 12 standard cake pan.
6. Cook in oven for 25-30 minutes at 425 degrees.
7. Pull out of the oven and let stand until cool to the touch.
8. Mix pudding mixes, milk and vanilla with electric mixer until thick.
9. Fold in cool whip.
10. Spread over cooled base.
11. Refrigerate until serving.
12. Dribble chocolate sauce over top before serving.
