Ingredients:
16 sea scallops
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sake or dry sherry
4 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. Mix soy sauce and sake in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and saute the scallops until opaque. Add soy sauce and sake. Turning the scallops to prevent sticking, continue cooking until the scallops are well-seasoned. Serve immediately
